For me Streetphotography Is Street Blues
I am a photographer living in Sweden. All my life I have been interested in photography. In recent years my interest grown closer and closer to Street Photography.
People’s lives fascinate me and I love photographing people in their everyday lives. If possible, I would rather just be a discreet fly on the wall and not intrude or offend.

About Street photography
Street photography is a genre of photography that focuses on capturing candid moments in public spaces, often depicting the everyday life of people and urban environments. It’s about freezing a moment that tells a story, relects the human condition, or offers a glimpse into the dynamics of the city or town. The subjects are often unposed and unaware, adding to the raw, authentic feel of the images.

It can range from portraits of strangers to abstract shots of cityscapes, capturing things like emotions, interactions, architecture, or patterns in the chaos of urban life. The beauty of street photography is in its unpredictability; the photographer doesn’t usually have control over what’s happening in the scene, making it an exercise in timing, observation, and intuition.

A lot of street photography is about being ready for the right moment. You often don’t get a second chance, so anticipating what might happen next is key. Whether it’s someone crossing the street or an interesting interaction unfolding, being prepared is crucial..
